End of Year Field Trips

We are excited for the opportunity to celebrate your students hard work from the year by taking each grade level on an end of year field trip. Students earn points to go on the trip through attendance (being present at school) and exhibiting our core values (earning 'Frequent Flyer Miles'). Students lose points for the trip through negative behaviors (demerits, detentions, suspensions). Students have a chance to track their points using the HERO app each day, as well as be updated on their points weekly by their grade level chair. If your student earns a spot on the trip, they will be asked to pay up to $25 depending on the event or location. We will have more information in the coming weeks on locations, permission slips, and fee collection. Class of 2026 End of Year Celebration: May 20^th

Greetings Aviator Families!

Our Founding Class of Hobby Aviators have been working diligently to prepare activities for the end of the year to celebrate the successes of the 2021-2022 school year. The 8^th grade Hobby founders’ class was able to participate in the system of democracy to determine what their fun activity would be for the end of the year. The vast majority of the 8^th graders cast their votes for a student/faculty volleyball game and afterwards, open gym & pizza party in lieu of a school dance.  Our Aviators have worked hard this year and they deserve to end the year having some fun. Below are the voting results for our end of the year activity. If you are interested In staying for game or volunteering to help with our pizza party or other activities that evening, please reach out to Brandi.Peterson@yesprep.org. This event is only open to 8^th grade students and their families.

22-23 Lottery Update
