Dress Code:
As the year comes to a close, we are still holding our Aviator accountable to our handbook, code of conduct, and dress code policy. Please make sure your Aviator comes to school wearing appropriate clothing every day next week (no sweatpants or athletic pants, all clothing should be free of rips and tears, and no slides or crocs). Students out of dress code will call home for a change of clothes and will not participate in culture activities. Field trips require students to meet dress code to attend. Students will be able to wear school appropriate athletic wear the last 3 days of school (May 30, 31, and June 1st) for culture activities we have planned. Thank you for your support!
Safe, Inclusive, Joyful- Student IDs
This year is ending but our objective to ensure we a creating and maintaining a safe inclusive and joyful school does not! Please speak with your Aviator about ensuring they are wearing their ID's and lanyards at all times. All students are checked for IDs and lanyards when they enter the building. Students who forget their IDs are able to get a temporary one at the 300 doors and earn a demerit. Any student who is not wearing an idea anytime after homeroom will earn an automatic detention.
Student Device & ID Return
Families, please be prepared to return your student laptops, chargers and IDs on May 25th and May 26th. Devices should have all stickers or external items removed prior to return. Students who are attending summer programming will keep their devices until the end of June.
