Aviator Families,
With the start of the new academic year just around the corner, we extend a heartfelt welcome back to our returning families and extend a warm greeting to those joining the Aviator community for the first time. We are excited to begin the year and embark on an exciting journey as Aviator ascend, flying high on the wings of excellence, growth, and joy.

We are excited to welcome your student to the Hobby Aviator Family and start the 2023-2024 school year! To prepare your student for their transition to a new school, we invite them to a “New Student Flight School” that takes place at YES Prep Hobby on Wednesday, August 9th from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Parents and guardians are invited to a meeting from 8:30 – 9:30am that will overview important updates, allow families to get schedules and uniforms, and a chance to meet the Principal and other campus leaders. From 9:30 – 12:00pm students will meet their teachers, participate in team builders, and get to know more about being a student at Hobby. If you are able to attend this event, you will not need to attend our Back to School Night on Thursday, August 10th. If you are unable to attend this event, you can still pick up your students schedule and uniform at the Hobby Back to School Night on August 10th from 3-6pm. We hope to see you there!

What: An orientation to tour the school, overview expectations, and meet your teachers, classmates and campus leaders

We will be having our Back to School Night on Thursday, August 10 from 3:00pm-6:00pm in Terminal C (Hobbys Cafeteria)
During this event, students can pick up their schedules, Meet the teacher, pick up uniform shirts and get resources to prepare for an Excellent Take off for the 23-24 school year.
