Back-to-School forms launched on Monday, July 11 and are available through your Skyward Family Access account by selecting the tile named Back-to-School Forms 22-23.

All returning and new students to YES Prep will need to complete this process. You can complete this on a computer or on your mobile device via the browser.

New families: You should have received an email inviting you to create an account in Skyward.  

The deadline to complete Back-to-School forms is Friday, August 12.

Please ensure you completed your re-enrollment form and the school program option survey. Both were sent in an email from Skyward. If you didn't receive the email from Skyward, follow the weblink HERE to complete a form which can help us assist you in getting started with re-enrollment.

YES Prep will waive the uniform policy for students for the 2022-2023 school year.  YES Prep understands the COVID-19 pandemic has created or increased the economic challenges our families face. Students will follow the “free dress” policy as outlined in our Campus Supplement (coming soon).

Trouble logging into Microsoft Office or Teams?

If your Aviator is having trouble logging into their Microsoft Office account or Teams, please first follow the directions in this document. YESPrepHobbyStudentDeviceGuide.docx

If your username and/or password is not working, please complete this help form at YES Prep Student Support: YES Prep Account survey which is accessible through any internet browser, smart phone and computer. Our Operations team will reach out to you via phone once your password is reset. If you are unable to complete the survey, please call the front office between 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. for secondary students Monday through Friday for support.

Having technical laptop issues?

Reach out to your Homeroom teacher via Microsoft Teams. Your Homeroom teacher will reach out to IT on your behalf and assist you with technical problems.
