We hope you had a wonderful week, we want to thank our Founding class of 2026 and their families for attending Hobby High School night. It was a true reminder of the trust and commitment that you have in and to us. Join us in celebrating Common Assessments and our approach to Spring Break with the following spirit themes:
Monday: Neon Day (Don’t forget to highlight and annotate on your CAs !)
Tuesday: 90s Day (Aiming for all A’s on our CAs!)
Wednesday: Tourist Day (Wear floral or Hawaiin to prepare for Spring Break!)
Thursday: Grade Level Spirit Day (Rep your GL color: 6th = Navy, 7th = Gold, 8th = Teal)
Please ensure your student is following our basic dress code policies as they participate (no athletic pants, ripped jeans, crocs, or sandals)

Accept Your Lottery Seat!
The first round of offers to attend YES Prep Hobby for the upcoming school year (2022-2023) go out to families this Friday, February 25!
You can accept your offer to join us next school by either

We continue to have enrollment space available for the upcoming school year. Next year we’ll serve students in 6th-9th grade. Yes, it’s our first high school year! If your Aviator has a sibling, please complete an application for them to join us. Call our front office for help or information. (713)842-5600
Returning Aviators in grades 7-9 do not need to apply to continue with us next school year.
Late Arrival to School Procedure
Students arriving late from 8:30-8:40am should be dropped off in our regular arrival lane. If you’re dropping off your Aviator after 8:30am, please enter campus for student drop-off through the second gate. This is our same gate used for arrival and dismissal.
Please do not drop your Aviator off from 8:30-8:40am at the front office.

Intent To Return Survey due by March 20
We are truly grateful that you have entrusted us with the education of your child(ren). As we look ahead to the 2022-2023 school year, we hope that you will once again choose YES Prep Public Schools. We ask that you please complete a brief re-enrollment form for each of your children letting us know your intent on returning for the next school year. By filling out this form, we can effectively plan to serve the students, families and communities of YES Prep.
You can access the form by logging in to your Skyward Family Access center account on your desktop computer or in your phone's internet browser and clicking the Re-enrollment form tile. (Please note that forms are not accessible in the mobile app.)
Please submit the form no later than March 20 to secure your child's seat for the 2022-2023 school year.
Attention Northbrook Middle and Northbrook High School families: This intent to return survey is not applicable for your schools. Expect to receive an “Online Verification for Families” notification directly from Spring Branch ISD in April.
