End of Year Field Trips
We are excited for the opportunity to celebrate your students hard work from the year by taking each grade level on an end of year field trip. Students earn points to go on the trip through attendance (being present at school) and exhibiting our core values (earning 'Frequent Flyer Miles'). Students lose points for the trip through negative behaviors (demerits, detentions, suspensions). Students have a chance to track their points using the HERO app each day, as well as be updated on their points weekly by their grade level chair. If your student earns a spot on the trip, they will be asked to pay up to $25 depending on the event or location. We will have more information in the coming weeks on locations, permission slips, and fee collection. If you have questions, or would like to help chaperone a trip, please email your students Grade Level Chair:

Those families that have accepted a seat already and have not completed the registration your deadline to complete registration in Schoolmint in May 1st. If you need assistance logging in or knowing how to complete the forms you can come to the front office and we can assist you Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm.
Attendance
Make sure your child is attending school everyday. We are having a mandated state test (STAAR) happening next month. It is important that your child arrives on time and we recommend they do not be picked up early for any appointments so they can have the time to complete their test. If you need to schedule your child appointment please schedule them on early release days or days students will be out of school.
Student Pick Up Cut Off Time
Parents and guardians, if you are picking up your student early from school, the cut-off time is 3:30 p.m. Our goal is to provide our families with the best customer service and avoid interruptions as our staff prepares for dismissal times.
